Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive instructor-led and virtual training programs aligned to business objectives, including onboarding, technical skills, compliance, leadership, and soft skills curricula that improve performance and retention.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and content providers, evaluate third-party course quality, and negotiate contracts for certification programs and specialized trainings.
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification logs, ensure recertification timelines are tracked, and coordinate renewal activities.
  • Develop microlearning assets, job aids, and quick-reference guides to support just-in-time learning and reinforce formal training.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
