Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Define, articulate and own the company's long-term strategic direction and vision, translating market opportunities and competitive advantages into a prioritized roadmap that drives sustainable growth and shareholder value.
  • Lead development and execution of multi-year business plans, establishing measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), aligning cross-functional teams, and iterating strategy based on market feedback, performance data and competitive intelligence.
  • Hold full P&L accountability: set annual budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize capital allocation, and implement cost and margin improvement initiatives to achieve revenue, margin and profitability targets.
  • Build, inspire and lead a high-performance executive team through hiring, coaching, succession planning and performance management; create clear role accountability and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors: prepare board materials, present strategy and performance updates, solicit governance input, and operationalize board direction while maintaining rigorous corporate governance practices.
  • Manage investor relations and capital strategy, including fundraising, equity and debt financing, investor communications, and maintaining strong trust and transparency with shareholders, institutional investors and lenders.
  • Identify, evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and joint ventures that accelerate growth, broaden capabilities, or create meaningful value for stakeholders; lead due diligence and integration planning.
  • Oversee enterprise risk management and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and industry standards, mitigating enterprise-level risks and implementing appropriate controls and policies.
  • Champion and drive digital transformation, technology adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and competitive differentiation.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and commercial performance, including pricing strategy, product-market fit assessments, large customer relationships, distribution partnerships and channel optimization.
  • Represent the company externally: act as chief spokesperson with media, customers, industry groups, analysts and government bodies; build the brand and strengthen reputation in the market.
  • Drive talent strategy and organizational design to ensure scalable structures, defined career pathways, inclusive culture and effective workforce planning that supports growth objectives.

  • Drive international expansion and market entry strategy: evaluate regulatory landscapes, localization needs, partner ecosystems and scaling models to expand footprint responsibly and profitably.
  • Lead crisis management and rapid response efforts (e.g., public relations, operational disruptions, cyber incidents), providing clear leadership, timely decision-making and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Lead ESG (environmental, social, governance) strategy and sustainability initiatives, aligning corporate purpose with measurable commitments, reporting frameworks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Optimize capital structure and liquidity management, balancing reinvestment in growth with returns to shareholders while maintaining appropriate leverage and covenant compliance.
  • Foster a customer-centric organization by aligning strategy, operations, and culture around customer outcomes, retention metrics, and scalable support and success models.
  • Drive pricing and revenue optimization strategies, leveraging market intelligence, segmentation, and analytics to maximize lifetime value and margin expansion.
  • Maintain a strong compliance posture for tax, audit, regulatory reporting and corporate filings; partner with general counsel to minimize legal exposure and to uphold ethical business practices.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
