Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Define and own the enterprise innovation strategy and roadmap, aligning innovation priorities with corporate goals, market trends, and customer insights to deliver measurable top-line and bottom-line impact.
- Lead ideation, incubator, and accelerator programs end-to-end—sourcing, screening, funding, and scaling high-potential concepts into market-ready products, services, or business units.

- Build and manage a diversified innovation portfolio with stage-gated governance, clear KPIs, ROI targets, and resource allocation to balance exploration and exploitation.
- Establish and run cross-functional innovation squads (product, engineering, design, marketing, legal, finance) to accelerate prototype development and commercialization.
- Sponsor and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, startup collaborations, and external ecosystems (universities, incubators, VCs) to access capabilities, talent, and new markets.
