Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of the company’s 3–5 year corporate strategy, synthesizing market trends, competitive analysis, customer insights, and internal capabilities into a clear, prioritized plan that drives sustainable revenue and margin growth.

- Architect the corporate portfolio strategy and capital allocation framework to prioritize investments, balance risk and return, and ensure disciplined use of capital for organic growth, strategic M&A, and shareholder returns.
- Establish and institutionalize a metrics-driven operating model by designing KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, and analytics frameworks that cascade strategy into measurable outcomes across sales, product, operations, and finance.
- Build and lead a high-performing corporate strategy team, including recruiting, mentoring, and developing internal strategy and analytics talent while partnering with external advisors and consultants where appropriate.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, providing rigorous decision support, financial modeling, and business case development to accelerate strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

- Lead post-merger integration (PMI) planning and execution to capture synergies, align operating models, harmonize systems and processes, and retain critical talent with specific milestones and accountability.
- Identify and sponsor transformational pilots and innovation initiatives—working with product and engineering teams to de-risk experiments, scale validated ideas, and adopt new ways of working that accelerate growth.
