Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead concept development and creative ideation for campaigns, generating multiple high-quality creative routes that align with the brand brief, marketing objectives, and target audience insights.
  • Translate marketing briefs into clear creative deliverables, producing storyboards, mood boards, copy decks, wireframes and visual concepts to guide production teams.
  • Produce, edit and finalize creative assets across formats — social posts, banners, email templates, landing pages, print ads, OOH, video scripts and motion assets — ensuring each asset meets brief and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, designers and external agencies to refine messaging, tone of voice, and visual direction so every asset is on-brand and campaign-ready.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating strategic thinking, creative choices and anticipated performance outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end project workflows for creative campaigns, including timelines, asset versions, approvals, file handovers and delivery to media/publishing channels.
  • Oversee production logistics for photoshoots, video shoots and animation projects — scoping budgets, briefing photographers/production houses, coordinating schedules and approving deliverables.
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all executions, performing quality checks for visual consistency, typography, color, imagery, and legal/compliance elements before sign-off.
  • Coordinate with account managers and planners to ensure creative solutions align with wider media, growth and performance strategies (SEO, paid social, programmatic media).
  • Conduct creative research and trend analysis to inform concepts, keeping the brand current by identifying relevant cultural moments, platform features and competitive activity.
  • Optimize creative assets for platform-specific formats and performance (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Display, programmatic, email) and apply A/B testing learnings.
  • Write and edit copy for digital and print assets when required, ensuring clarity, brand voice consistency, strong calls-to-action and correct grammar/proofing.
  • Track and manage creative budgets and vendor invoices, negotiating rates and ensuring production costs remain within approved budgets.
  • Maintain thorough version control of creative files and organize digital asset libraries (DAM), ensuring assets are tagged, archived and distributed correctly across teams.
  • Facilitate client and stakeholder reviews, compile feedback, manage revisions and deliver approved creative on schedule while documenting sign-offs.
  • Implement creative performance measurement by liaising with analytics teams, reviewing campaign metrics and iterating on creative based on CTR, conversion, engagement and other KPI insights.
  • Support paid media teams with ad variations, copy swaps and creative scaling strategies to improve performance across campaigns.
  • Ensure legal and rights clearance for imagery, music and talent; coordinate releases, licensing and attribution as needed.
  • Mentor junior creatives and interns, providing feedback on craft, briefing best practices and process efficiencies.
  • Contribute to pitch development by creating concept decks, sample mockups and production plans to win new business opportunities.

  • Assist in developing seasonal creative calendars and editorial plans that align creative output with product launches, promotions and events.
  • Participate in cross-functional sprint planning and creative operations meetings to prioritize work and identify capacity constraints.
  • Help build and maintain a repository of design templates, copy frameworks and reusable creative modules to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency.
  • Run regular creative audits to identify gaps, redundant assets and opportunities to refresh evergreen content.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
