Primary Functions

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for DoD contracts including requirements refinement, technical risk assessment, milestone planning, budget forecasting, Schedule & Cost control (EVM), and delivery to the customer in accordance with FAR/DFARS and prime contract terms.
