Primary Functions

  • Lead cross-functional content briefs and creative direction for designers, videographers, and freelance writers to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives, brand tone, and technical specifications.
  • Manage the editorial workflow inside a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Contentful), including publishing schedules, metadata, redirects, canonical tags, and accessibility compliance for web and mobile.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content gaps and opportunities, producing data-driven recommendations for new series, pillar pages, and multimedia formats that expand organic reach.
  • Implement and monitor SEO initiatives such as content clustering, topical authority programs, and on-page/content structure improvements to increase organic traffic and SERP visibility.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker/BigQuery, or similar) and translate metrics into actionable optimizations for title tags, CTAs, content structure, and distribution plans.
  • Repurpose high-performing assets into multiple formats (video snippets, infographics, newsletters, social posts, short-form clips) to amplify reach and improve content ROI.
  • Coordinate with paid media and growth teams to align organic content with paid promotion windows, ensuring cohesive messaging and evaluating the incremental lift of promoted content.
