Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop original display concepts and visual merchandising solutions that interpret seasonal marketing campaigns and product strategies while maximizing sales and customer engagement.

- Collaborate with sourcing, procurement and vendors to obtain quotes, evaluate samples, negotiate costs and select reliable manufacturers for prototype and production runs.
- Manage the prototyping process: oversee model making, test fittings, iterative design adjustments and final sign-off on production-ready fixtures.
- Lead relationship management with external vendors, sign shops and carpentry teams to ensure quality control, lead-time adherence and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate end-to-end installation logistics, providing on-site direction during install days, validating site conditions, and troubleshooting field issues to maintain rollout schedules.
- Ensure all display elements comply with local building codes, safety standards, ADA accessibility and store operations requirements.
- Maintain and update a central display asset library and documentation repository that includes CAD files, dielines, templates, photography and usage guidelines for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with merchandising and marketing to optimize display layouts for product adjacencies, SKU turnover, promotional windows and conversion uplift.
- Conduct store audits and post-installation reviews to assess display performance, identify operational or design improvements and iterate on future designs.
- Prepare accurate project budgets, cost estimates and variance reports; track spend and recommend value-engineering solutions without compromising brand intent.

Secondary Functions
