Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and comprehensive audits of clients' end-to-end e-commerce operations, including technology stack, user experience (UX/UI), marketing channels, and fulfillment processes.
- Develop and present data-driven, long-term strategic roadmaps designed to achieve key client objectives, such as increasing online revenue, improving market share, and boosting profitability.
- Advise clients on e-commerce platform selection, implementation, and migration projects (e.g., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using analytics platforms (like GA4) to identify friction points and opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Formulate and oversee the execution of A/B testing and multivariate testing plans to validate hypotheses and continuously improve on-site performance and key metrics.
- Architect customer journey maps to identify and enhance touchpoints across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience (CX).
- Provide expert guidance on digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing automation, social commerce, and affiliate programs to drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications, integrations, and technology partners to enhance the functionality of the client's e-commerce ecosystem.
- Lead client workshops and training sessions to empower their internal teams with the knowledge and best practices needed to manage their e-commerce operations effectively.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Analyze clients' product information management (PIM) and order management systems (OMS) to recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Develop financial models and business cases to justify strategic initiatives and technology investments, clearly articulating the potential return on investment (ROI).
- Stay at the forefront of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide proactive and innovative recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure the successful implementation of recommended strategies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create customized dashboards and reporting frameworks to track progress against client goals.

- Advanced proficiency with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics, for funnel analysis and insight generation.
- Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
