Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Administer, maintain, and provide expert-level support for the corporate Learning Management System (LMS), including managing user profiles, course catalogs, system configurations, and security roles.
- Analyze complex learning data to identify key trends, measure the effectiveness of training programs, and assess learner engagement, knowledge acquisition, and performance impact.
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate learning metrics and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user-facing issues related to the LMS, course content functionality, and system access.
- Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers to test, deploy, and manage e-learning content, ensuring all modules (SCORM/xAPI) are fully compatible and functional within our learning ecosystem.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of digital learning assets, from initial quality assurance testing and platform ingestion to strategic deployment, version control, and eventual archival.
- Translate abstract business requirements from L&D leaders and stakeholders into precise technical specifications for new reports, system integrations, or platform enhancements.
- Conduct regular, systematic audits of the LMS database and content library to ensure high levels of data integrity, security compliance, and accuracy of training records.
- Evaluate, pilot, and recommend new learning technologies, authoring tools, and analytical platforms to continuously innovate and improve the learner experience and data capabilities.
- Develop and implement robust data collection strategies to measure the direct impact of learning initiatives on key business performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
- Generate and automate comprehensive reports on training compliance, mandatory certification tracking, and skill-gap analyses for various business units and regulatory bodies.
- Partner effectively with IT and HRIS teams to manage and troubleshoot system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between the LMS and other core enterprise systems like Workday or SAP.
- Perform in-depth needs analysis by consulting with business leaders to understand performance gaps, define learning objectives, and recommend appropriate data-informed training solutions.
- Stay relentlessly current with industry trends, emerging best practices, and new technologies in e-learning, learning analytics, instructional technology, and adult learning theory.
