Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive, full-funnel e-marketing strategies that align with overarching business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests across various platforms to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for all digital marketing initiatives, providing detailed performance reports and dashboards to leadership.
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve target cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Lead the strategy for lead generation, nurturing, and scoring through sophisticated use of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer journey mapping, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital space.
  • Architect and execute a data-driven SEO strategy, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to significantly improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Direct paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, focusing on keyword strategy, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
  • Formulate and execute a sophisticated email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, personalization, automated workflows, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze customer data and behavioral analytics to create detailed audience personas and segmentation strategies, ensuring marketing messages resonate with the target demographic.
  • Drive the creation and promotion of high-impact digital content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics, in collaboration with the content team.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and key stakeholders on all aspects of digital marketing best practices and innovation.

  • Evaluate and recommend new digital marketing tools, software, and technologies to enhance campaign performance and team efficiency.
  • Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns by ensuring the digital component is fully aligned with offline marketing and PR efforts.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and training on digital marketing best practices and tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • SEO & SEM Mastery: Deep expertise in search engine optimization techniques and paid search campaign management using tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Google Analytics & Data Visualization: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) to derive actionable insights.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with major marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for lead nurturing and campaign automation.
