Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, conceptualize, and execute the overall creative vision and narrative for live esports broadcasts, tournaments, and related shoulder content.
- Create and meticulously manage the run-of-show (ROS), segment timings, and broadcast scripts to ensure a seamless and engaging viewing experience.
- Direct the live broadcast from the control room, calling cues for cameras, replays, graphics, video packages, and audio to guide the entire production crew.
- Collaborate closely with and manage on-air talent, including hosts, casters, and analysts, providing them with clear direction, feedback, and necessary show information.

- Liaise with game publishers, league operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all competitive and broadcast requirements are perfectly aligned.
- Lead pre-production meetings, technical rehearsals, and post-mortems to continuously refine and improve the broadcast quality and workflow.
