Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that addresses the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs of each child.
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment that is clean, orderly, and rich with age-appropriate materials and learning centers.
Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning progress using formal and informal tools, such as portfolios, anecdotal records, and developmental checklists.
