Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Diagnose and repair electric and hybrid vehicle systems, including high-voltage batteries, electric motors, power electronics, and drivetrain components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on EVs, including battery health checks, brake inspections, and software updates.
  • Conduct high-voltage system testing, troubleshooting, and repair while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
  • Repair or replace EV components, such as inverters, charging ports, battery modules, and cooling systems.
  • Conduct software updates, calibration, and system programming according to manufacturer specifications.

  • Provide guidance to vehicle owners on safe operation, charging practices, and battery care.
  • Collaborate with parts and supply chain teams to source and manage replacement components.
  • Inspect and repair auxiliary vehicle systems, including HVAC, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
  • Respond to service calls and warranty repairs for electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • Perform routine inspections of EV charging infrastructure and onboard charging systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and propose solutions.
