Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive enterprise architecture framework, including guiding principles, governance models, and a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead the creation, evolution, and governance of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure technology solutions adhere to established architectural standards and patterns.

  • Define and manage a repository of reference architectures, reusable design patterns, and technology standards to accelerate development and ensure consistency across the enterprise.

  • Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: Deep expertise in TOGAF, Zachman, or a similar EA framework, with proven experience in its practical application.
  • Cloud Architecture: Advanced knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless paradigms, and experience designing hybrid- and multi-cloud solutions.
  • Modern Architecture Patterns: Mastery of microservices, event-driven architecture, API-led connectivity, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Data Architecture: Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes, and Master Data Management (MDM).
