Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, develop, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of entrepreneurship programs, including incubators, accelerators, and venture-building workshops.
- Lead the recruitment, scouting, and selection process for program participants, evaluating business ideas for viability, scalability, and market fit.
- Serve as a primary coach and mentor to entrepreneurs, providing expert guidance on business model generation, customer discovery, value proposition design, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum of workshops, seminars, and training sessions on essential startup topics such as lean startup methodology, financial modeling, fundraising, and intellectual property.
- Facilitate connections between startups and a network of mentors, industry experts, strategic partners, and potential investors to accelerate their growth.
- Guide founding teams in the creation of compelling investor pitches, business plans, and financial projections to prepare them for fundraising rounds.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including venture capital firms, angel investors, universities, and corporate partners.
- Actively manage a portfolio of startups, tracking their progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to provide tailored support and interventions.
- Organize and execute high-impact ecosystem events, such as demo days, pitch competitions, networking mixers, and industry-specific showcases.
