Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s ethics and compliance program in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Code of Conduct and related ethics policies, ensuring they are current, accessible, and effectively communicated.
- Advise executive leadership and the board of directors on ethical risks, compliance trends, and governance issues.
