Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute the comprehensive, long-term event strategy in alignment with the company's marketing and business objectives to drive brand growth and lead generation.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, including flagship user conferences, industry trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and exclusive executive functions.
- Establish, manage, and reconcile complex, multi-million dollar event budgets, ensuring all programs are delivered within financial parameters while maximizing ROI.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of event managers and coordinators, providing clear direction, fostering professional growth, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and agenda development to venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for all events, delivering detailed post-event reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership, to ensure cohesive event messaging and goals.
- Direct all aspects of event logistics, including registration, attendee communications, audio-visual production, staging, catering, transportation, and staffing.
