Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive logistical plans for all assigned events, including conferences, trade shows, virtual events, webinars, and internal meetings.

- Manage event staffing plans, including recruiting, training, and supervising on-site staff, brand ambassadors, and volunteers to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all logistical inquiries from internal stakeholders, speakers, sponsors, and attendees, providing clear and timely communication.
