Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the complete lifecycle of testing sessions, including preparing the testing room, verifying candidate identification, launching exams, and executing secure check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure the strict adherence to all testing protocols, security policies, and confidentiality agreements to maintain the integrity of the examination process and protect sensitive intellectual property.

- Provide clear, standardized, and scripted instructions to all test-takers before the start of each exam to ensure a consistent and equitable testing experience.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot testing workstations, software applications, network connections, and other technical equipment to guarantee a stable and uninterrupted testing environment.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records for every testing session, including detailed attendance logs, seating charts, and comprehensive incident reports for auditing and quality assurance purposes.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for candidates, professionally addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing approved testing accommodations with empathy and discretion.
- Securely handle and account for all sensitive examination materials, both digital and physical, ensuring proper distribution, collection, and destruction or storage according to strict security guidelines.
- Administer approved accommodations for candidates with disabilities, ensuring full compliance with ADA regulations and organizational policies to provide equitable access.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any technical, environmental, or candidate-related issues that arise during an exam, escalating to technical support or management as necessary to minimize disruption.
- Conduct pre- and post-exam audits of the testing facility and equipment to ensure all components meet the required operational, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive post-exam reports that detail session statistics, any incidents or discrepancies, and notable events that occurred during the administration.
- Stay current with all updates to testing policies, procedures, and software platforms through mandatory continuous training, recertification, and professional development.
- Uphold a professional, secure, and quiet testing atmosphere, free from distractions, to enable candidates to perform at their best.
- Verify candidate eligibility against registration records, utilizing established protocols and biometric verification tools where applicable.
