This role requires a dynamic and highly influential Executive Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and trusted counsel to a member of our C-suite leadership. Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Act as a strategic thought partner and sounding board to the executive, providing insightful, data-driven counsel on key organizational and strategic issues.
  • Drive the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, collaborating with the leadership team to define priorities, set objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation through to successful completion, ensuring accountability and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee the "rhythm of the business," including structuring and facilitating executive leadership team meetings, business reviews, and offsites to maximize productivity and decision-making.
  • Prepare and brief the executive for all internal and external engagements, including board meetings, investor calls, customer presentations, and all-hands meetings.
  • Act as a proxy for the executive in designated meetings and discussions, confidently representing their viewpoint and making informed decisions to maintain momentum.
  • Manage and triage the flow of information and communication to and from the executive's office, ensuring critical issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and draft high-impact communications on behalf of the executive, including internal memos, board presentations, investor updates, and company-wide announcements.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities or threats to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and organizational bottlenecks, and spearhead initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance overall business performance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for sensitive and confidential matters, exercising extreme discretion and sound judgment.
  • Synthesize complex data and qualitative information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive review.
  • Lead special "skunkworks" projects that fall outside the current organizational structure, often related to innovation, new market entry, or internal transformation.
  • Monitor progress against company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), highlighting areas of concern and celebrating successes.
  • Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to support M&A diligence, integration planning, and other corporate development activities.
  • Support the preparation of all Board of Directors materials, including agenda setting, content creation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Amplify and cascade executive messaging throughout the organization, ensuring strategic alignment and a clear understanding of company-wide priorities.
  • Champion organizational culture and values, working with HR and leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged work environment.
  • Assess and prioritize all inquiries directed to the executive, determining the appropriate course of action and delegating effectively to the relevant teams or individuals.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Strategic Planning & Business Modeling: Deep expertise in developing and executing corporate strategy, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Project & Program Management: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects using methodologies like Agile or waterfall. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), budgeting, and key business metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to analyze large datasets and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for an executive audience.
  • Expert-Level Presentation Skills: Mastery of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other tools to create compelling, executive-level narratives and presentations.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
