Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive multi-year export strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives, identifying key regions and markets for penetration and expansion.
- Direct and oversee the entire export sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sales relationship management.

- Establish and manage the P&L for the export division, including developing annual budgets, sales forecasts, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Ensure strict compliance with all international trade regulations, laws, and standards, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, and country-specific import/export requirements.
- Cultivate and manage a robust network of international distributors, agents, and strategic partners, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying opportunities for network optimization.
- Spearhead market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and strategic opportunities in the global landscape.
- Negotiate complex international sales agreements, distribution contracts, and terms of trade (Incoterms), ensuring favorable terms for the company while mitigating risk.
