Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for managing external partnerships and alliances that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-value portfolio of key external partners and vendors, fostering strong, collaborative, and trust-based relationships.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of partner engagement, from initial identification, due diligence, and vetting of potential partners to onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
- Spearhead the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and partnership contracts, to secure favorable terms and mitigate legal and financial risks.
- Conduct regular, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and co-develop strategic joint business plans.
- Collaborate deeply with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, to ensure the seamless execution of partnership initiatives and complete alignment of goals.
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging technologies to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
- Drive significant revenue growth and market expansion through the successful activation and management of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.
