Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive, long-range facilities and workplace strategies that align with client business goals, corporate culture, and future growth projections.
- Lead client-facing workshops and executive-level presentations to communicate findings, strategic recommendations, and business case justifications.

- Formulate and implement change management programs to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption rates for new workplace environments and policies.
