Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Provide strategic vision and academic leadership for the program, ensuring its mission, goals, and activities are aligned with the broader institutional strategic plan.
- Oversee the entire faculty lifecycle, including leading search committees, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, professional development, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
