Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement comprehensive plans for annual fairs, trade shows, and special exhibitions from inception to completion.
- Create, manage, and reconcile complex event budgets, ensuring strict cost control, accurate forecasting, and maximization of profitability.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with a wide array of vendors, including caterers, security firms, audio-visual suppliers, and temporary staffing agencies.

- Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with community leaders, government officials, and industry partners to foster goodwill and collaboration.
- Develop critical path timelines and detailed project plans, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress to ensure all deadlines are met.
