Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for fan club growth, engagement, and retention, aligning all activities with the artist's brand and career milestones.
- Act as the primary community manager across all official fan club platforms, including dedicated websites, forums, Discord servers, and private social media groups, fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment.

- Manage the entire fan club membership lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to tiered benefits administration, renewals, and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless and valuable member journey.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and customer service lead for all fan club inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely, empathetic, and effective resolutions.
