Primary Functions

- Act as a key product knowledge expert for the entire organization, delivering engaging training sessions to retail and customer service teams on new collections, styling techniques, and key selling points.
- Manage and maintain the seasonal sample collection, overseeing its organization, tracking, and use for photoshoots, press requests, and showroom appointments.
- Foster and manage relationships with high-value clients through personalized styling consultations, clienteling, and exclusive event invitations to build loyalty and drive revenue.
- Partner with the marketing and PR teams to provide fashion-forward insights and product selections for editorial features, influencer collaborations, and media placements.
- Monitor product quality control by working closely with production teams, inspecting samples, and providing detailed feedback to ensure final products meet brand standards.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of seasonal collection launches, including coordinating deliverables and supporting cross-functional team alignment.
- Curate and manage product collections on the e-commerce site, ensuring logical categorization, compelling product descriptions, and optimized visual presentation.
- Plan and execute the styling for fashion shows, presentations, and market week appointments, ensuring the collection is presented to its best advantage.
- Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors for accessories, props, and other materials needed for photoshoots and visual displays.
