Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Travel independently to various customer locations to install, commission, and validate new equipment, ensuring it meets all performance specifications.
- Perform complex on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures using schematics, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and extend the operational lifespan of assets.
- Conduct emergency and unscheduled repair services with a sense of urgency to resolve critical customer issues and restore system functionality.
- Read and interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams to effectively service and repair equipment.
- Provide comprehensive on-site training to customer personnel on equipment operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Manage and maintain a precise inventory of service parts, tools, and test equipment within a company-provided service vehicle.

- Participate actively in ongoing company-sponsored technical training and certification programs to stay current with new products and evolving technologies.
- Maintain the service vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe operating condition, including performing regular vehicle maintenance checks.
- Provide remote technical support via phone or email to customers when not physically on-site, helping to resolve minor issues quickly.
- Assist in the development and revision of technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides based on field experience.
