Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Actively research, identify, and prospect potential new clients within a designated territory through various methods including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Shadow and support senior sales executives on field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to learn effective sales strategies and relationship-building techniques firsthand.
- Learn to manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and all client interactions.
- Assist in preparing compelling and customized sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that address specific client needs and clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and needs analysis with prospective customers to qualify leads and understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of our product suite, services, and competitive landscape to confidently answer client questions and handle objections.
- Contribute to achieving team sales goals by supporting all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
