Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Act as the primary financial liaison for assigned business units, building strong relationships with senior leadership to provide comprehensive financial support and guidance.
- Drive the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational realities.
- Deliver insightful and timely monthly performance reviews, conducting deep-dive variance analysis on revenue, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) against budget and prior periods.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases for new investments (CAPEX/OPEX), pricing decisions, and M&A activities.

- Translate complex financial information and analysis into clear, concise presentations and narratives for senior management and non-financial stakeholders.

- Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities by leveraging BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to automate processes and deliver more dynamic, self-service insights.
- Monitor headcount and personnel-related expenses, partnering with HR and department heads to ensure alignment with budget and strategic workforce plans.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify underlying trends, providing data-driven recommendations that support strategic and tactical business decisions.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, system implementation (e.g., ERP, planning tools), or strategic transformation.
