Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including three-statement models, discounted cash flow (DCF), LBOs, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and valuation.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis, to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Advise senior leadership and C-level executives on complex financial matters such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital allocation, and corporate restructuring.
- Lead and manage client engagements, defining project scope, developing work plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with client leadership to design and execute financial transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, cost reduction programs, and performance improvement plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, executive summaries, and detailed reports that translate intricate financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships, assessing financial health, operational risks, and synergy potential.
- Evaluate and enhance clients' internal control frameworks to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards like Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management dashboards to help clients monitor and drive business results effectively.
- Lead post-merger integration activities for the finance function, focusing on harmonizing processes, systems, and teams to realize projected synergies.
