Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, long-range planning, valuation analysis, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing insightful commentary on key business drivers.
- Partner with business unit leaders and department heads to prepare the annual budget and periodic rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational realities.

- Identify and implement process improvements within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial deliverables.
- Manage and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL or other data analysis tools to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Assist in the development of the company's long-term strategic plans by providing robust financial projections and scenario analysis.
- Prepare and link P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring all three financial statements are integrated in a cohesive, dynamic model.
- Communicate financial results and insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise, and understandable narratives.
- Ensure all reporting and analysis activities are in compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the implementation and enhancement of financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and ERP software to support business growth.
- Analyze and report on working capital movements, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory, to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
