Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Assume command and provide decisive leadership at emergency incidents, including structural fires, hazardous materials spills, technical rescues, and mass casualty events, to ensure the safety of personnel and the public.
Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of assigned firefighters and crew members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and formal performance reviews.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

State-certified Firefighter II.
