Primary Functions

- Serve as the subject matter expert in interpreting and applying national and international fire codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IBC, IFC, UFC) to ensure full project compliance.
- Author comprehensive fire engineering reports, code equivalency analyses, and life safety evaluations to justify design concepts and secure approvals from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Collaborate proactively with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers to integrate fire safety solutions seamlessly into the overall building design without compromising aesthetics or function.
