Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage all firearms intake, transfer, and shipment processes in accordance with federal and state law, including accurate completion and retention of ATF Form 4473, maintaining FFL records, and ensuring proper documentation for inbound and outbound transfers.

  • Oversee point-of-sale (POS) coordination for firearm transactions, transfers, and layaways—ensuring transaction accuracy, payment processing compliance, and reconciliation of serialized sales.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quality incidents, and service disputes using root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer-centric remediation measures that protect brand reputation and legal standing.
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workshop layout, tooling procurement, technician throughput, and parts kitting to reduce repair times and increase capacity.
  • Maintain and calibrate shop tooling and test equipment (e.g., borescopes, torque wrenches, headspace gauges, test barrels), ensuring equipment is certified and safe for accurate diagnostics and assembly.
