Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to clients, identifying scent preferences and recommending suitable products.
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on fragrance application, layering techniques, and longevity tips.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fragrance collections, new launches, and brand heritage.
  • Assist clients in selecting gift sets, seasonal releases, or limited-edition products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while promoting customer loyalty programs.
  • Offer fragrance sampling experiences and organize in-store scent events or promotions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing fragrance counter or retail display.
  • Track inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with merchandising teams for timely replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, personalized recommendations, and loyalty engagement.
  • Collaborate with store management to plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in staff training programs to enhance fragrance knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct competitor research to understand market trends and new product launches.
