Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with clients in the showroom to understand their design needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget constraints through active listening and insightful questioning.
- Provide expert-level product knowledge across all furniture categories, including construction, materials, finishes, and care, to empower clients to make informed decisions.
- Develop and present comprehensive furniture and design proposals, incorporating mood boards, floor plans, and product selections to help clients visualize their space.
- Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and product selection to quoting, closing the sale, and processing the order.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong sales pipeline by building long-term relationships with residential clients, interior designers, and architects.
- Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-home or virtual design consultations to assess client spaces, take accurate measurements, and provide personalized layout and styling recommendations.

- Create and maintain detailed client profiles and project files, documenting preferences, specifications, and communication history to ensure a personalized experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client post-sale, coordinating with logistics and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and timely installation.

- Continuously develop your expertise by staying current with interior design trends, new product launches, and competitive landscape analysis.

- Meticulously manage the entire order process from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and logistics to guarantee a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with the trade program team to support interior designers and architects, providing them with the tools and information needed for their projects.
