Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, prototype, and implement compelling core game mechanics, systems, and features from initial concept through to final polish, ensuring they align with the game's core vision.
- Create and meticulously maintain comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), feature specifications, and balance spreadsheets to serve as a clear guide for the entire development team.

- Champion the player experience, constantly advocating for the player's needs and ensuring the game is intuitive, accessible, and, above all, fun.

- Translate raw player data, analytics, and telemetry into actionable design revisions to refine balance, pacing, and overall engagement.
