Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve potential safety hazards and operational issues before they escalate.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC filter changes, lubrication of mechanical parts, and inspection of fire safety equipment.
Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues, such as fixing leaky faucets and pipes, clearing clogged drains, and repairing or replacing toilet and urinal components.
