Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Identify, scout, and evaluate emerging and established artists to determine their viability and draw within specific local or regional markets.
- Develop and present compelling offers to booking agents, negotiating all critical deal points including artist fees, guarantees, percentages, and hospitality riders.
