Primary Functions

Rigorously inspect, correctly don, and consistently utilize personal fall arrest systems (PFAS), including safety harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points, in strict accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols for high-rise window cleaning.
Accurately measure and mix a variety of cleaning solutions and detergents, ensuring correct dilution ratios and adhering to all safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines for chemical handling, storage, and disposal.
Perform detailed glass restoration by carefully removing stubborn residues such as hard water stains, mineral deposits, paint overspray, and construction debris using specialized techniques and tools that protect the integrity of the glass.
Provide a comprehensive cleaning service by thoroughly wiping down and cleaning associated window components, including frames, sills, mullions, and tracks, ensuring a complete and professional appearance.
Operate high-pressure and low-pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, entryways, and other surfaces, removing dirt, grime, mold, and mildew.
Engage in clear and courteous communication with clients, property managers, and homeowners to schedule appointments, discuss job scope, address any concerns, and ensure complete satisfaction upon job completion.
Conduct thorough pre-work site assessments to identify potential safety hazards, access challenges, and specific client requirements, formulating a safe and efficient work plan before commencing any task.
