Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year global account strategy for assigned key clients to drive significant revenue growth and solidify long-term partnership goals.
- Act as the primary executive-level contact, dedicated to building, nurturing, and mapping deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across the client's global enterprise.
- Lead and orchestrate a virtual, cross-functional global account team (including sales specialists, pre-sales, service delivery, legal, and support) to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to serving the client.
- Quarterback and lead complex, multi-million dollar contract negotiations and renewals on a global scale, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that protect the company's interests while delivering exceptional value to the client.
