Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, maintain, and evangelize the comprehensive enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it is tightly aligned with the company's global business objectives.
- Establish and govern a set of enterprise-wide technology standards, architectural principles, and best practices to guide technology decisions and solution design across all regions.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and alignment with the long-term architectural vision.
- Chair and facilitate the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to review and approve significant solution designs, ensuring they adhere to established standards for scalability, security, and interoperability.

- Define and manage the reference and target architectures for key business domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, Supply Chain) and technology platforms (e.g., Cloud, Data, Integration).
