Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate complex business needs from stakeholders across multiple international markets, translating them into detailed functional specifications and business requirements documents (BRDs).
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis between current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, standardization, and optimization on a global scale.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and business cases to assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed projects, initiatives, and strategic shifts.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions with diverse, geographically dispersed groups to build consensus and ensure all voices are heard.
  • Create detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide clarity for development, QA, and implementation teams.
  • Perform in-depth market and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights that inform global product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison between non-technical business users and the IT/engineering departments, ensuring clear and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools (like Tableau or Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers for senior leadership.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement.
  • Support the global strategic planning process by providing quantitative analysis and qualitative assessments of various business scenarios and opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project progress, risks, and changes effectively, ensuring alignment across all regional and functional teams.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans and scripts, coordinating testing activities with business users, and documenting results to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve operational and system-related issues by performing root cause analysis and collaborating with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Evaluate the performance of implemented solutions post-launch, measuring them against predefined success metrics and identifying areas for further enhancement.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a central repository for business processes, standards, and best practices to foster knowledge sharing across the global organization.
  • Support global M&A activities by participating in due diligence, analyzing target company data, and assisting with post-merger integration planning and execution.
  • Monitor global regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on business processes and systems, recommending necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to educate business users on new processes, systems, and tools being implemented.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, providing key inputs for project planning and resource allocation.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization by demonstrating the value of analytics and empowering business users with access to relevant information.

  • Data Querying & Manipulation: Strong command of SQL for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and financial modeling.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
