Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Serve as the primary conduit and central point of contact for communication between corporate headquarters and international regional offices, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Coordinate and align global project timelines, resources, and deliverables, meticulously tracking progress against milestones and proactively identifying potential risks or delays.

  • Support the development and implementation of global strategies by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing briefing documents for leadership.
  • Oversee the localization and translation process for critical business communications, training materials, and marketing assets to ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for global initiatives and prepare detailed, insightful reports and presentations for senior management on global operations and project status.
  • Manage and track global program budgets, process international invoices, and assist with financial forecasting and expense reporting.
  • Liaise with external vendors, international partners, and third-party agencies to ensure services are delivered on time and within budget.
