Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Engage with clients globally to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational workflows.
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions that meet client needs and strategic goals.
  • Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Lead solution workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings with stakeholders.
  • Develop solution blueprints, implementation plans, and project roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform solution design.
  • Support configuration, integration, and customization of software platforms as part of client implementations.
