Primary Functions

- Perform basic and advanced club repair and building services, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and custom assembly to match fitting specifications.
- Act as the lead technical expert on the sales floor, providing support and product knowledge training to other team members to elevate the entire store's expertise.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all club fitting technology and equipment, including launch monitors, simulators, and software, to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial greeting and needs assessment to final purchase and post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Proactively build a personal client book by networking within the local golf community, following up with past customers, and encouraging repeat business.
- Assist in merchandising the golf department, ensuring products are displayed attractively, priced correctly, and the area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Facilitate special orders and custom builds, accurately capturing customer specifications and managing the order process through to fulfillment and customer pickup.
