Primary Functions

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and analytical models to track governance metrics, proxy voting patterns, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance data across various entities.
  • Analyze company proxy statements, annual reports, sustainability reports, and other corporate filings to evaluate governance structures and identify potential risks or areas for engagement.
  • Design and execute complex qualitative research projects, including conducting structured interviews with subject matter experts, policymakers, and industry leaders.
  • Formulate data-driven, evidence-based policy recommendations and strategic advice for senior leadership to enhance governance frameworks and mitigate risk.
  • Present research findings and complex governance concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including executive committees, boards, and external partners.
