Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, design, and implement creative, visually compelling graphics for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites and landing pages from initial concept and wireframing through to a fully functional, live deployment.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all visual content and designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams to translate marketing strategies and business requirements into engaging and effective design solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive UI/UX design deliverables, including wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups to guide development.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to existing corporate and client websites, including content updates, visual enhancements, and troubleshooting of front-end issues.
  • Optimize images, graphics, and other visual elements for the web to ensure fast load times and optimal performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Design and produce a wide array of marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, event banners, presentations, and email marketing templates.
  • Proactively research and stay current with the latest industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies in web and graphic design to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Transform complex data and abstract concepts into visually engaging and easily understandable infographics, charts, and presentations.
  • Create original, custom graphic elements such as icons, illustrations, and logos that enhance brand messaging and user experience.

  • Create a steady stream of visually appealing and on-brand graphics and short-form video content tailored for various social media platforms to drive engagement.
  • Design and code responsive HTML email templates for marketing campaigns, ensuring they render correctly across all major email clients.
  • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, logos, design files, and brand collateral, for easy access and use by the broader team.
  • Design websites and digital content with a strong focus on web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure they are usable by people with a wide range of disabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design visual variations for A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to help optimize conversion rates.
